U need some psp knowledge
I'm using a PTU  scrap kit by Mellow  Graphics  u can get her scrap kit at TaggersDelight 
its called Out with _bang
I'm using the art of Keith Garvey which can be purchased here at PTE
Font im using is by  DebonairInline size 48
Mask is by Vix
template by me
word art by me using paper 2 in the scrap kit  Out with a bang!
I added both in a png save to computer
bubbles and fireworks save to your pc

OUT WITH A BANG!

open 500 x 500
now we will copy n paste paper 5
image re size  by 90 percent add your mask of your choice I'm using mask by Vix mask 331
merge group now still on your mask layer  do layers duplicate on the first layer
 add this drop shadow

now on your copy layer
we will use multiply
layers new layer copy and pate my template I provided
use the template I made
change the opacity to 56
copy and pate your tube
re size your tube to your liking add this drop shadow

now copy and paste as a new layer the word art  in the scrap kit word art red
re size by 73 percent
move this layer below your tube
add this drop shadow

now we will place our elements from the kit place them around your tube to your liking
I used these elements U will need to use the drop shadow around the elements u wanna use

place all elements behind tube wherever ya want on tag follow mine if u want it like it
now add my word art I made from the pattern in Mellows kit paper 2

now go to your blank bottom of your tube under your mask
use paper 6 copy and paste it then change the opacity to 32
add new layer move below your paper layer flood fill with white
add the  copyright for the tube u used  a license number if needed and URL of tube Mellow has supplies some tubes with her scrap kit  if u use them copyright it mellow graphics her URL she supplied
your name
merge visible

now we will need animation shop
now we will copy and paste it to animation shop we will add the fire work
You may place it where u like
You will need to add as many frames as the animation u are using for the animation u are using to your tag

ok now Lets copy merge your tube
then in animation shop we will paste it as  a new animation

we will add the fire works
5 frames

ok on your tube edit duplicate tell u get 5 frames then  go to your fire work animation select all copy and paste then select all on your tube and paste into frame


we will add the bubbles second for the champagne
10 frames
now go back to your tube add more frames to your tube so
edit duplicate tell u have 10 frames
back to your bubbles edit select all copy go to your tube edit select all paste where u want your bubbles
frame properties  need to be 20
now your done
save it

first open 500 by 500
first u will be using paper 1 copy and paste it onto your canvas
then go to plug ins we are using dsb flux bubbles
with these settings
bubbles =48
density= 39
frequency= 41
tune 38

I made a frame out of bulb 1 and bulb 2 U Can make your own or use the one I made I have attached it
its a png so save it to your pc

after u copy and paste your frame.

we are gonna add your tube always remember proper copyright info license number if needed

paste your tube behind your frame we made
re size to where it looks good remove any part of the tube that is hanging off by using your eraser tool
we are  gonna merge your tube and your frame together on your tube layer layers merge down
re size it by 90 percent twice (two times)
then erase any excess tube showing under the frame

now we will place some elements around I'm using gift 9 , gift 2, and gift 3 re size them 55 percent place them together where they look good
now use beads re size them by   55 percent    and place on top of frame  take your eraser tool erase them where they look good on the lights and erase a little off your tube where they look good hanging
use tree 3 behind the gifts re size 90 percent again erase  a bit off your tube make sure your are on the tree layer
now use penguin 1 place him on your tube refer to my example if u need to
re size him by 59 percent
now open candle 4 make sure when u copy and paste it behind the gifts and penguin U may have to move your layer down re size by 59 percent
open candy cane place by penguin re size 59 percent make sure it looks like its in his hand
open bells pink re size 59 percent place on top of frame in middle right again erase tell u like it  then re size 90 percent move tell u get it right .
now go back to all elements and tube and frame and add this drop shadow
vertical = 5
horizontal =  3
opacity = 9
blur 7.25
color black
now add copyrights license number (if needed) your name ( example made by pixie a pixie tag etc)
Now add your name to the tag font i used was bertie
font size 48 colors pink and blue

font I used was Bertie size 48

Lets get started

open new image 500 x 500  U can use any size

Preset shape rectangle- Line width 5 foreground -black  background - null

draw out longish rectangle on the  left

Duplicate 3 times So u have three rectangles

use a drop shadow with these settings

Layers merge down twice

then open a new layer

Open your scrap kit 

I'm using paper  8

copy and paste your paper

go to layers load mask 

use the mask u want to use

merge group 

layers duplicate

do this 4 times move it around so it looks good

now merge all 4 layers down 

go back to raster 1

use your magic wand click on your rectangles holding down the shift key click on all three rectangles You'll have marching ants on all three we will add our tube 

I'm using toosh toosh lady bugs U must purchase a license to use this

she has some free ones there but u must request a license when ordering 

copy paste your tube 

go to layers invert back to your key board hit delete 

then go to layers modify expand by 1 

go to effects use a drop shadow with these settings

Color Black

go to your scrap kit get out val bug re size him image re size 53 percent 

then re size another 53 percent 

use same drop shadow as before

free rotate 45 to the right make sure all layers is UN ticked

next from the kit get the hrt string re size 53 percent  move it where mine is 

add same drop shadow as above 

layers duplicate then mirror it move it to the side as I did

then back to the kit get out val letter re size it 53 percent do this two more times then image

free rotate to the left 25.01 make sure all layers is UN ticked

place it where I did 

now take the train from the kit 

re size 35 percent  place it on top 

with same drop Shadow

add your name copyright info and license if needed

then we are done

flood fill with color from your tube

to do this u will
go to layers load mask find the mask above
after you add your mask U will need to merge the mask
(merge group)
go to raster layer 1 (below your mask ) if u added your mask in this layer then open a new layer move it below your mask add this paper from the scrap kit BBpaper11
copy paste it resize it by 66 percent

open frame bb element  47 copy paste it to your blank tag  resize the frame by 53 percent
layers duplicate the frame
on the original frame

add drop shadow with these settings

then on the duplicated frame
we are gonna motion blur it
do to adjust blur then motion blur
with these settings

then we will will change it to overlay
layers merge down so u will be merging the two frames together
now we will add the tube U are using
get your magic wand tool

copy paste your tube  they have a cute tube in the scrap kit u can use
I'm using Garv
U will have magic ants going around the frame
arrange your tube in the frame to your liiking
go to selections hit invert
then on the key board hit delete
do not deselect yet
go to selections Modify
with these settings

hit ok then go to selections and deselect
(select none)


now open bb element 19 copy paste it to your tag resize it by 53 percent
add drop shadow with these settings

open bb element 13 copy paste it above the mush room  re size by 26 percent now add drop shadow same as above move your bee so hes above the mushroom
open element 2 add it to your frame re size it by 48 percent
place it on the bottom right of your frame
open up element 18
re size it by 26 percent
place it on the top left  of frame
open element 21  re size it by 26 percent
place it on the frame like mine above
add drop shadow to all your elements
add element74 re size it by 26 percent
place it on the left side of your frame ad drop shadow


add drop shadow with these settings

My First Snow Flake with Noise

Lets get started 
I've supplied a Xmas scrap kit and some accents and the font I'm using 
I'm using art by Elias Chatzoudis You can get it here 
You will be using add remove noise on your paint shop
I'm using paint shop 9 so your add and remove noise may be in a different spot
I'm using a Christmas mask I did not supplie that You may use any mask u wont to use 
My Supplies are here They have Xmas scrap accents and font I used You may use any scrap kit u like 
ok...
Lets start
Flood fill with white open new layer flood fill with color you want I used red (#ff0000) then You will add your mask You want to use find a Xmas mask with a Xmas scene with a tree 
Go to load save mask find your mask I used Vixmask 305 make sure all these are ticked Source Luminance ,fit to canvas and hide all mask click load  then merge group You should have your mask in the color you choose and your white background
next add whatever you want from my scrap kit I provided and the accents place them where you want The Christmas balls  bow and ribbon I resized 20 percent then duplicate the original moved them on the tree and placed the bow and ribbon at the top of the tree add your accent snow flakes again resized 30 percent and duplicated3 times where I have 4 flakes place the candle at the bottom add your tube and add copyright.add your name 
now we will animate it 
go to your candle I will be adding noise to the flowers and flames of candles
click on your candle layer 
select your magic wand with these settings 
replace

with your magic wand on your candle hold shift button down click on the flowers tell you get magic ants on the flowers click add ants where you want it on the flowers then you will go do the flames holding the shift key in while u get the magic ants all over where you want it . now  let go of shift key when you are done do not deselect now go to add remove noise mine is under adjust yours may be in another spot just look tell you find it .

click ok 
now deselect go to selection select none 
go to edit copy merged
go to animation shop 
paste as a new animation 
go back to paint shop click undo select none and undo noise now u should have ants 

click add noise

paste after current frame 

You should have two frames now we will do this one more time 

go back to paint shop click undo select none and undo noise now u should have ants

learn to do text in a circle
first open a new image add a tube now if your using one if not just make your name in a circle
I use 500 by 500 but u can make the size u want
go to your tool box to the left
third from the bottom click on the icon find eclipse
with these settings show nodge checked vector checked width-1
materials palette to the right your colors the bottom one click it to make it transparent
0with a line through it means its off
make your circle on your image either around frame tube or by its self
you should have a circle with a square around it do not deselect it now go to your font u should see "a "little an click when u get the "a " after u go to your materials palette unclick the o with the slash in it to get the color back .highlight your text change color font to what u want and the size depends oh how big your circle is
that's where u will start typing out your words after u type your words don't deselct ;
no go to layers click the plus sign (+) click x out eye on your eclipse layer that will hide the circle now u should just have your font.go to effects drop shadow i used

How to erase a background

ERASE A BACKGROUND


If you have an image that has
a solid background and
you want to erase it, this
is a quick and easy way.

Make sure you have your layer
pallet open.
You will see that it says...background




Right Click on where it says Background
and click on Promote to Background Layer

Now go to the magic wand and
click on it
5th icon down

Now click on the background you
want to remove and you will see
all the ants crawling around it.

Go to Edit / Clear


Now go to Selections / Select None
You will then be left with just the image
you want left.


Thats it.
You can either make your image into
a tube by going to File / Export/Picture Tube
Name the Tube then do OK.

Or
You can take it into Animation Shop
and save as a Gif.
