font i used channel size 38 black and a pattern
to animate use below png format

open up a 500 x500 blank canvas
open paper 4 from your scrap kit
copy and paste as a new layer
open a mask of your choice
merge group
go to magic wand default settings
click the inside frame of your mask
open paper 7 from the kit
copy paste as a new layer
selections modify expand by 5
selections invert delete
Select none
move under your frame
open your tube copy paste it move under your frame re size it to your liking
layers duplicate your tube
on the original layer use this drop shadow

on the duplicate layer
Gaussian Blur
radus 20
change blend mode to soft light
open frame 3 from the kit image re size by 73 percent
place to the left as mine
use this drop shadow on each original layer

take the stethescope element from the kit
place it to the left top
re size it 81 percent
cope and paste it in the heart
now on your heart frame use your magic wand hold down the shift button and make it where your ants are around the heart
now take your case from the kit
cope and paste
re size it by 81 percent
selections invert delete
selections modify by 5
select none
go back to the frame layer
take your needle from the kit
use magic wand with the shift key again copy paste the needle resize by 48 percent
selections invert delete
selections modify by 5
select none
go back to the frame layer
open the pill bottle from the kit
use magic wand with the shift key again copy paste the pill bottle resize by 48 percent
selections invert delete
selections modify by 5
select none
take the stethescope element from the kit
place it to the left bottom
re size it 81 percent
now open the pills from the kit
crop around the first one
copy and paste it under the bottle like my example
re size by 79 percent
now go back to the pills edit un do
now crop again
copy and paste it where mine is
re size 79 percent twice
now go back to the pills edit un do
now crop again
copy and paste it where mine is
re size 79 percent twice
go adjust sharpen all three pills
copy and paste your tube
re size if needed
place it by the heart frame
now add your name your copyright info including license number if needed
Now u can keep it non animated or animated with the tube I supplied
animate the tube
edit copy merge
now open animation shop
edit paste as a new animation
now u need to add as many frames as the tube has
which is 5
so go to your tag
duplicate it tell u get 5 frames
go back to the tube I supplied
edit select all copy
go to your tube
edit select all paste where ya want it
I put mine in bottom right corner
go to frame properties set it at 15
your done!
