open a 600 x 600 Canvas

open BSD paper 1 red

copy paste as a new layer 

add this mask 

wsl Mask 80 

merge group 

open BSD element 35 the sky rise

now colorize it red

go to adjust 

Hue and Saturation

with these settings

move it to the top of your tag

re sized mine by 91 percent

use this drop shadow

Blur= 2.00

open Hot air balloon  purple (or whatever color u want to match your tube)

place it next to the rainbow

we want it to tilt a bit so we will  be rotating it

so go to image rotate free rotate 

with these settings

to the left

free = 5.00

repeat the step above so u rotate twice

open the air plain I made

copy paste it over the rainbow to the right hanging a bit on the rainbow
