template by me they are png save to pc Love 

Open 500x500 bank canvas we will work with this

open  paper 22 in the kit 

copy paste it re size by 66  percent

open the mask u want to use 

I'm using WSL MASK 265

go to layers load mask from disk find the mask u wanna use use  default settings

layers duplicate on your original use this  go  to effects colored chalk with these settings

on your duplicate layer adjust blur motion blur with these settings

layers duplicate  on the original layer use this  drop shadow below

duplicate mirror 

place it under love hook up your heat like mine above

use your eraser tool erase a bit of the chain off where it looks like its hooked in the heart 

place element hand cuffs 2

re size by 53 percent I places mine on the left side 

rotate image free rotate settings below

right

open your xxx words beaded 1 place under love with this drop setting

open bedroom bucks place in center re size 53 percent add drop shadow to all above

we will be using tubes by Bobbie Allen u can get her tubes here shes free to use

stroke 2.0

first off Open 500 by 500
 open blue 1 burnt edge
copy and paste it on your canvas re size twice 90 percent
we gonna load up your mask gem 192
go to layers load Mask from disk
find your gem 192 mask still on mask duplicate it  now add you bobbie allen window tube she has lots to choose from
go to your original mask layer merge group erase any access mask around your window
I used round 25 be careful not to erase the window tube

open montis bling SNN  stars yellow
copy paste on your window curtin re siz 90 percent twice duplicate layer on your original layer add drop shadow below

now go to the duplicate layer
adjust blur motion blur with these settings below

change layer properties (next to eye) to 94
next to that we want to screen it so place the blend mode on screen

open word art star dust
place on top of window
re size 35 percent
go to adjust sharpen
use same drop shadow as above

open moon charm diamond
image resize 35 percent
go to adjust sharpen
 use same drop shadow
place it on the t of your word art

now open Starry place it under your window
re  size by 66 percent twice
do the same as above
adjust sharpen add drop shadow

now add the tubes u want
I used the boy reading added twinkle twinkle little star on the book
dplicate tube
resize to your liking adjust sharpen add drop shadow above on original layer

now go to duplicate layer

adjust blur motion blur with these settings below

change layer properties (next to eye) to 94
next to that we want to soft light  it so place the blend mode on soft light

now go below your mask window tube
add paper  blue 2
edit copy paste as a new layer
load mask gem 196
layers merge group
add Monti-SSN-StarTrailBling2--Yellow
copy and paste
on top of the mask u just added below your window
xout the eye on  your window tube off so u can move the trail bling around we wanna add two of these
open the window back up

now add your copyright for your tube license numbers if needed

add your name use the same drop shadow above



now we are done u got a really cool tag!

I'm using the art of Keith Garvey which can be purchased here at PTE
Font im using is by  DebonairInline size 48
Mask is by Vix
template by me
word art by me using paper 2 in the scrap kit  Out with a bang!
I added both in a png save to computer
bubbles and fireworks save to your pc

open 500 x 500
now we will copy n paste paper 5
image re size  by 90 percent add your mask of your choice I'm using mask by Vix mask 331
merge group now still on your mask layer  do layers duplicate on the first layer
 add this drop shadow

now on your copy layer
we will use multiply
layers new layer copy and pate my template I provided
use the template I made
change the opacity to 56
copy and pate your tube
re size your tube to your liking add this drop shadow

re size by 73 percent
move this layer below your tube
add this drop shadow

now we will place our elements from the kit place them around your tube to your liking
I used these elements U will need to use the drop shadow around the elements u wanna use

place all elements behind tube wherever ya want on tag follow mine if u want it like it
now add my word art I made from the pattern in Mellows kit paper 2
Out with a Bang!
now go to your blank bottom of your tube under your mask
use paper 6 copy and paste it then change the opacity to 32
add new layer move below your paper layer flood fill with white
add the  copyright for the tube u used  a license number if needed and URL of tube Mellow has supplies some tubes with her scrap kit  if u use them copyright it mellow graphics her URL she supplied
your name
merge visible

now we will need animation shop
now we will copy and paste it to animation shop we will add the fire work
You may place it where u like
You will need to add as many frames as the animation u are using for the animation u are using to your tag

ok now Lets copy merge your tube
then in animation shop we will paste it as  a new animation

we will add the fire works
5 frames

ok on your tube edit duplicate tell u get 5 frames then  go to your fire work animation select all copy and paste then select all on your tube and paste into frame


we will add the bubbles second for the champagne
10 frames
now go back to your tube add more frames to your tube so
edit duplicate tell u have 10 frames
back to your bubbles edit select all copy go to your tube edit select all paste where u want your bubbles
frame properties  need to be 20
now your done
save it

first open 500 by 500
first u will be using paper 1 copy and paste it onto your canvas
then go to plug ins we are using dsb flux bubbles
with these settings
bubbles =48
density= 39
frequency= 41
tune 38

I made a frame out of bulb 1 and bulb 2 U Can make your own or use the one I made I have attached it
its a png so save it to your pc

after u copy and paste your frame.

we are gonna add your tube always remember proper copyright info license number if needed

paste your tube behind your frame we made
re size to where it looks good remove any part of the tube that is hanging off by using your eraser tool
we are  gonna merge your tube and your frame together on your tube layer layers merge down
re size it by 90 percent twice (two times)
then erase any excess tube showing under the frame

now we will place some elements around I'm using gift 9 , gift 2, and gift 3 re size them 55 percent place them together where they look good
now use beads re size them by   55 percent    and place on top of frame  take your eraser tool erase them where they look good on the lights and erase a little off your tube where they look good hanging
use tree 3 behind the gifts re size 90 percent again erase  a bit off your tube make sure your are on the tree layer
now use penguin 1 place him on your tube refer to my example if u need to
re size him by 59 percent
now open candle 4 make sure when u copy and paste it behind the gifts and penguin U may have to move your layer down re size by 59 percent
open candy cane place by penguin re size 59 percent make sure it looks like its in his hand
open bells pink re size 59 percent place on top of frame in middle right again erase tell u like it  then re size 90 percent move tell u get it right .
now go back to all elements and tube and frame and add this drop shadow
vertical = 5
horizontal =  3
opacity = 9
blur 7.25
color black
now add copyrights license number (if needed) your name ( example made by pixie a pixie tag etc)
Now add your name to the tag font i used was bertie
font size 48 colors pink and blue
