font I'm using YAYA  font size 48 Color Yellow and black

Open a new 500 x 500
open paper 13
copy paste it
change blend to soft light

Open the frame 1  from the kit
copy paste as a new layer
re size 81 percent
use this drop shadow
V- 13
H- 10
O- 25
Blur- 46.38
Color- Green

Layers Duplicate
On Duplicate layer
Adjust Gaussian Blur
Radius- 15.00
Go to Blend on the side
Change to Screen

Open element clover pot of gold
copy and paste as a new layer place in right corner of frame

use this drop shadow
V- 13
H- 10
O- 25
Blur- 46.38
Color- Green



Layers Duplicate
On Duplicate layer
Adjust Gaussian Blur
Radius- 15.00
Go to Blend on the side
Change to Over Lay

open loti banner
copy re size by 36 percent
place top of banner next to horseshoe
adjust sharpen
use this drop shadow


V- 12

Color- Green



open beer element
copy paste move below element clover pot of gold
use this drop shadow

now add your tube u are using place it behind the frame delete off any access tube
I used a close up

re size 73 percent

watermark
license number (if needed)
